各省、市、自治區石油學會、各分會、專業委員會、各油田企事業單位、有關院校、有關研究院所:
為了加強國際間石油、天然氣領域的學術交流與合作,促進其科學技術的進步,中國石油學會擬定於2006年12月5―7日與國際石油工程師學會(SPE)聯合舉辦“2006年中國國際石油天然氣會議”。目前,會議籌備工作正在進行,並開始征集論文。現將有關事宜通知如下:
一、會議主題:――保持石油天然氣的可持續增長
二、征文範圍:
★鑽井與完井
★健康、安全與環保
★天然氣
★管理與信息
★生產與作業
★油藏動態與描述
★海上作業與技術

三、征文要求:
1、提交論文題目及300字以內的摘要,同時提交相應的英文題目及摘要(英文單詞300個以內);
2、每篇論文署名作者應不超過(含)三名,請按先後排序並分別提交每位作者的姓名、工作單位、通信地址、郵編、聯係電話、傳真及電子郵件地址,如是SPE會員,請注明SPE會員證號。以上內容同時以中、英文形式提交;
3、提交的論文應是未在公開刊物上發表過的,應是不涉及保密內容的;
4、格式:①A4紙幅;②題目:黑體3號字;③作者情況:楷體5號字;④摘要內容:宋體4號字。
