為了加強國際間石油、天然氣領域的學術交流與合作，促進其科學技術的進步，中國石油學會擬定於2006年12月5―7日與國際石油工程師學會（SPE）聯合舉辦“2006年中國國際石油天然氣會議”。目前，會議籌備工作正在進行，並開始征集論文。現將有關事宜通知如下：

一、會議主題：――保持石油天然氣的可持續增長 

二、征文範圍： 

★鑽井與完井
 ★健康、安全與環保
 
★天然氣
 ★管理與信息
 
★生產與作業
 ★油藏動態與描述
 
★海上作業與技術
 （詳細內容附後）
 

三、征文要求：

1、提交論文題目及300字以內的摘要，同時提交相應的英文題目及摘要（英文單詞300個以內）；

2、每篇論文署名作者應不超過（含）三名，請按先後排序並分別提交每位作者的姓名、工作單位、通信地址、郵編、聯係電話、傳真及電子郵件地址，如是SPE會員，請注明SPE會員證號。以上內容同時以中、英文形式提交；

3、提交的論文應是未在公開刊物上發表過的，應是不涉及保密內容的；

4、格式：①A4紙幅；②題目：黑體3號字；③作者情況：楷體5號字；④摘要內容：宋體4號字。

四、截止時間及聯絡方式：

論文摘要截止時間為2006年2月15日。
